Welcome to the Kensington Pool and Spa! The perfect sized, modern look you’ve been waiting for. Kensington Pool is 38′ long by 17 1/2′ wide, the perfect size for swimming laps and playing. Long steps at the shallow end portray a grand entrance, and a baja shelf at the deep end provides a place to add your beach chairs, relax, and chit chat with spa goers. The attached elevated Kensington Spa is 8.5 x 8.5′ square, with a 90 degree spillway. We suggest centering this water feature off the main viewpont in the back yard. If that is not feasible, a second water feature is situated off the bond beam in the shallow end. This can be inserted into the bond beam, or into a cantilevered deck, as shown on the suggested landscape plans. Either way, this dreamy pool and spa combo is about to be yours in no time with the detailed construction plans included.
