Hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance and annual website rebuilds are not included unless confirmed separately.
Annual setup is billed once a year, separately from your monthly subscription fee. Setup does not add design credits or plan downloads. New client introductions include a 10–30 minute call with a designer. All submitted forms are reviewed at intake.
Pay the cash price at checkout, or — if you subscribe — redeem credits at the subscriber rate. Some services cost fewer credits than their cash price; that is a subscriber credit-rate benefit.

- A scheduling lead time is how far ahead an appointment is booked — it is not a completion turnaround.
- In-person services: mileage is $0.76 per mile from Lake Forest, calculated and billed separately from the checkout price and from credits.
- Prices shown are contractor (white-label) pricing. Some additional plans may be required by your city; not every city requires them.
- Checkout buttons charge the cash price for one unit. To use credits instead, contact your designer — credits are redeemed by the 144 Sqft team, not at checkout.

What is a credit worth?
Each credit represents $500 in service value (0.5 credit = $250, 0.25 credit = $125). Credits are redeemed for the eligible services in the à la carte table, at the credit cost shown there. Credits are not cash.
How does the monthly plan download work?
Every Core, Pro and Partner subscription includes one pool/spa digital plan download each month — a $250–$395 retail value, depending on the plan you choose. Sign in to the subscriber library, pick one plan for your billing period, and download it; you can re-download that same plan during the period. It does not use design credits. Unused downloads do not roll over, and it is a digital plan only — construction, installation, materials and furnishings are not included.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Each month’s credits, and any credits you purchase, roll over for 90 days. The monthly plan download is separate and does not roll over.
Is mileage included for in-person services?
No. In-person services are priced as a base fee. Mileage is $0.76 per mile from Lake Forest and is calculated and billed separately from the checkout price and from credits.
What do “business days” and “scheduling lead time” mean?
Business days are Monday–Friday. A scheduling lead time is how far ahead an in-person visit or presentation is booked; it is not the time to complete the work.
Is annual setup part of my subscription?
No. Annual setup ($299 or $1,295 per year) is billed separately from your monthly subscription and does not add design credits or plan downloads.
